We provide AI-assisted 3D modeling, artistic refinement, bronze casting, and worldwide shipping of custom busts created from client-supplied photos.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide photos they have legal rights to use and confirm permissions for the likeness of any person depicted. Clients are responsible for timely responses to previews and accurate shipping information.

3. Pricing & Deposits

A non-refundable $748 deposit is required to begin 3D modeling. Final bust prices range from $2,500–$7,000 depending on size, detail, and customization. Additional requests may incur additional costs.

4. Revisions

Clients receive unlimited revisions to the digital 3D model before final approval. Once bronze casting begins, changes cannot be made.

5. Production Timeline

Typical timelines are 3–10 days for digital modeling, 4–7 weeks for casting, and 25-45 days for shipping. All timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide. Clients are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and providing accurate delivery information. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Refund Policy

The $199 deposit is non-refundable. After casting begins, the order is locked and non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, we will repair or replace it upon verification.

8. Use of Images

Clients grant permission for Memorial Busts to use non-identifying renderings for portfolio purposes unless they explicitly opt out in writing. We never use personal photos without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for shipping delays, customs issues, or dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the commission.
